Cubby Gillingwater, President
Mr. Gillingwater has successfully managed multifamily, single-family, commercial, and government construction projects in the Austin and San Antonio markets for nearly 20 years. Prior to founding Axis Utilities, the Austin native managed all Austin projects for All American Excavation Inc., where he was also responsible for new business development. Mr. Gillingwater earned a B.S. from East Texas State University.
Elizabeth Rodriguez, Controller
Ms. Rodriguez has nearly 20 years of experience in accounting and business management. She joined Axis Utilities from JB Mechanical, LLC, where she served as Controller for three years. Ms. Rodriguez earned a B.A. in Business Administration focusing on Business Management from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a B.A. in Accounting from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
Jaret Selman, Senior Project Manager
Mr. Selman has more than ten years of experience managing construction projects in the Austin area. He previously served as Project Manager at Kinney’s Commercial and Operations Manager at Ferguson Water Works. Mr. Selman earned a B.S. in Agriculture and Applied Economics from Texas Tech University.

Robert Keltch, Project Manager
Mr. Keltch has worked in the underground utilities, and water/wastewater business for 23 years. Prior to joining Axis Utilities he served as a Job Superintendent at Haegelin Construction for four years.
Jacob DeLoach, Master Plumber
Mr. DeLoach is a licensed Master Plumber and Backflow Waterflow Assembly Tester. He is also certified in RME-Underground Sprinklers. Prior to joining Axis Utilities, he oversaw day-to-day operations for multifamily and commercial construction sites at Central Contractors Inc. in New Braunfels.
Guillermo Hernandez, General Superintendent
Mr. Hernandez has more than 20 years of experience in the underground utility business in Texas from Dallas to San Antonio.
